Exterior Cleaning at it's Finest

What you are seeing in the first picture, is ash on a roof from the Thomas Fire in Southern California. After the home owners were allowed to go back to home, they noticed a strong smoky smell, as well as soot and ash spread around their entire home. SERVPRO of Pasadena North not only does  soot and smoke cleanup, but also exterior power washing as well. The home owner was devastated and thought that his roof was permanently damaged. Luckily, we knew what to do. To prevent any further damages to their home caused by ash, we had to get started right away. Power washing a roof must be done with extreme caution, due to safety reasons. We must also take our time, to ensure we do not leave any ash or soot behind. After hours of power washing and cleaning, we can proudly say... “Like it never even happened.”
